Marc Resnick – Chief Executive Officer
Marc Resnick, founder and owner of the Beantown Companies, is an entrepreneur with decades of success in property development and management. Marc entered the housing industry by starting his own construction company in 1986. He purchased his initial properties in 1988 and never looked back. Along the way he has developed an unparalleled knowledge of the real estate market and an excellent reputation among government officials, residents, contractors and investors. Marc directly oversees all development activities at The Beantown Companies.
Michelle Baratta – General Counsel
Michelle Baratta is a 2009 graduate of Northeastern School of Law. Prior to coming to the Beantown Companies, she worked for a boutique general practice firm specializing in real estate, litigation, and general contract matters. She has been in-house legal counsel at the Beantown Companies since 2016. A married mother of 3, in her limited spare time she enjoys running, pilates, reading, and travel.
Todd Carter – President of Acquisitions
Todd is responsible for oversight and execution of acquisitions, development and redevelopment at The Beantown Companies. Todd focuses specifically on public and private capital funding, communication with municipalities, and collaboration between project contributors. He is responsible for the successful development execution of the business’ strategic plan for each project.
Patrick Gilhuly – Chief Development Officer
Patrick is responsible for all development and construction activities at The Beantown Companies. Patrick works closely with architects, engineers, contractors and local building officials throughout the development process. He has a direct impact on ensuring that all projects are built to the quality standards of The Beantown Companies and its future community residents.
Kobby Obiri-Mainoo – Vice President of Property Management
Kobby manages all property management activities for The Beantown Companies. He has more than 20 years of multifaceted background in the real estate industry, including all areas of residential and commercial property management and maintenance. Qualified in all administrative and financial functions, as well as serving as prime liaison between management and residents. His responsibilities include marketing, maintenance, resident relations and lease administration. Prior to The Beantown Companies, Kobby managed a 1000+ unit portfolio of LIHTC, Project/Mobile Based Section 8 vouchers, Public Housing Vouchers, and SROs. Kobby is TCS, SCHM, CPMC, C11P, CPO, COS, COSA and FHS certified.
Theo Resnick – Vice President of Development
Theo is a second-generation real estate professional and entrepreneur who has been around the Beantown Companies since birth. He formally joined the Team in 2025 after 6 years of commercial real estate investment sales and targeted industry consulting. He is responsible for oversight of various development projects and works closely with contractors to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Erik Crissman – Construction Manager
Erik is responsible for the management of construction activities at The Beantown Companies. Erik works closely with architects, engineers, contractors and local building officials throughout the construction process. He has a direct impact on ensuring that all projects are built to the quality standards of The Beantown Companies and its future community residents.
Aaron Glickman – Leasing Director
As a long time Beantown employee, Aaron Glickman has over 15 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry, including rentals, management and development. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson and is responsible for leasing and tenant renewals.
Niall Flood – Comptroller
Niall Flood oversees all accounting functions at The Beantown Companies. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the accounting profession, including over 20 years in real estate. Niall works closely with both the accounting team and company leadership to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely financial reporting for all stakeholders.
