The Beantown Companies began in 1988, when founder and current CEO Marc Resnick launched his journey as a developer in Boston. From the start, Marc’s vision was different — he saw opportunities where others saw obstacles, and he built value in places others overlooked. Over the decades, he has led development projects across nearly every Boston neighborhood and surrounding community.
What started as a homegrown operation has grown into a full-service real estate development and property management firm with operations throughout the Northeast. Now in our second generation of family ownership, we remain deeply rooted in the values that shaped us — a love for our tenants, a respect for our communities, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
