Parking Policy Changes

To best serve our tenants, we have made some changes to our parking policy affective July 25th 2022:

  • ​We will no long be allowing unregistered/abandoned vehicles in our parking lots.

  • Tenants with a valid parking pass will only be authorized to park in their assigned parking spot, with their authorized vehicle. 

  • Plows are not permitted to use a parking spot. 

  • Oversized/commercial tenant vehicles will only be permitted to park in designed assigned spots that can accommodate the size of the vehicle and doesn't prohibit normal operation or block emergency fire access to our property. Vehicles with plows on them will be considered an oversize vehicle 

  • Payments made to your account will be applied to rent, then parking. If parking isn't paid for thirty days, parking spots/pass will be revoked. 

Do you know what your lease states? It is essential that you are fully aware of not only your rights but also your responsibilities as it pertains to your tenancy. A sample copy of your lease can be downloaded here. 

Are you giving notice to move out? Download our Intent to Vacate Notice and send back to us 30 or more days in advance.

Important Dates to Note

  • 1st of the month- Rent is due

  • 7th of the month- Late reminder letters sent

  • 10th of the month- 14 Day Notice to Quits sent


***Upon expiration, we may file the Summery Process for eviction proceedings or work with you on a repayment plan. This mostly depends on unpaid rent amount and number of months unpaid.
